Financial Policy
The fee for your treatment is determined by the complexity of the tooth being treated. This fee will be presented to you at the time of consultation prior to treatment. In some cases, it is determined that treatment is not necessary or that another course of treatment is best for you.
Should a need for a surgical procedure become evident before, during, or after endodontic therapy, a separate fee for such surgery will be quoted.
We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients, therefore payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
For your convenience, we accept all major credit an
d debit cards. In addition, we are pleased to offer patient financing through Care Credit. Please ask our front desk staff if you’d like more information.
If you have any questions about your statement or insurance coverage, don’t hesitate to call our office. Note that any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility. Your prompt remittance is appreciated.
